Coach Michelle
Team Director & JD Head Coach

Michelle has been coaching competitive gymnastics since 1995, working with athletes up through Level 10. She especially enjoys coaching bars and beam, and excels in choreography and music design for gymnastic floor routines. She has won "Best Choreography" awards in competition. She is a former competitive gymnast from Lancaster County and is currently a Level 10 rated judge.  

Michelle also has many years of ballet training and remains active with her daughters in ballet.  In addition to competitive team coaching, she also enjoys helping very young gymnasts with their first experience in the sport.  Graduating from Alvernia University with a BS in Athletic Training, she takes her knowledge from her degree to assist the gymnasts with injury prevention and rehabilitation. 


Michelle looks forward the educational clinics each year to discover new techniques and drills to enhance the gymnasts' learning.  


In her free time she enjoys family time,  traveling and trying to visit every amusement park in the US.

Coach Amber
Developmental Head Coach & JD Girls Coach

Amber graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She is working on her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Supervision from Penn State University. She works in a local school district around Paramount. 

Amber plays many roles at Paramount, from coaching pre-team to coaching the Compulsory JD team and training new staff. Amber has worked at Paramount for ten years, solely focusing on the team program for the last 4. Amber has led many gymnasts to win and earn their spot on the top 100 list in the United States. She has also led her teams to victory in competitions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, going to her cabin upstate on the weekends, and fishing.

Coach Danielle
JD Girls Coach

Danielle started gymnastics when she was 2 years old and continued into high school. After leaving competitive team she continued with coaching and organizing camps. She has continued her gymnastics path with hula hoop performance art and tumbling.

 

Coach Danielle loves to encourage a fun and safe environment where kids can fall in love with gymnastics!

 

In her spare time, she homeschools her 3 children and cares for her 24 pets.

Coach Dakota
Assistant Coach

Dakota or "Koko" as he is known to our younger students has been working at Paramount Sports since 2006. He is our Intermediate Rec and Advance Rec lead coach and has taken on new responsibilities with assisting with the Xcel gymnastics team. Dakota brings a wealth of knowledge and talent for coaching. 


Dakota has a degree in Performing Arts and has been doing professional and community theatre/ performing gigs since 2014. His favorite color is orange, he enjoys long walks on the beach, and loves cats!
